Nursery Deputy Manager needed to work in the Leicester area with an immediate start.

Essential Qualifications and Skills for the Role:
Proven leadership experience in a childcare or nursery setting.
Strong understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices.
Hands-on experience engaging directly with children in a nursery or childcare environment.
Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, enabling effective interaction with children, parents, and team members.
A strong drive for excellence in childcare management, focusing on fostering a supportive and creative learning environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education.
Strong leadership abilities, with a proven track record of motivating and inspiring staff to achieve high standards of care and education.
Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with parents, staff, and external agencies.
Knowledge of Legislation:
Sound knowledge of current legislation, policies, and best practices relating to childcare and early childhood education.
Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders, including parents, colleagues, and external organizations, to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Requirements:
This permanent position requires up-to-date knowledge of the EYFS, two references, and completion of DBS checks.
First Aid Certification (Desirable):
A current First Aid certification is desirable but not essential.
