After nearly a decade of excellence as the brand owner of Outdoor Living, we are proud to unveil Madefor.Living - our new identity as a forward-thinking ecommerce D2C, Dropship supplier, marketplace seller and wholesaler of indoor, outdoor and festive products. Made for Living is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Marketplace and Account Assistant to join our team. This role involves working closely with the owners to support large retail customers and ensure all products are listed and offered to our customers and retail partners. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a proactive approach to maintaining consistency across all parts of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist and support large retail customers alongside the owners.
* Ensure all products are listed and offered to all customers and retail partners.
* Regularly communicate with key customer accounts via phone and email.
* Help maintain consistency across all parts of the business.
* Collaborate with other team members to develop the brand with key customer accounts.
