Talented SEO Specialist who loves all things digital, data and getting great results. Passionate about building and delivering SEO projects that drive results and leveraging data to improve performance and exceed client expectations.
We're looking for a great communicator with excellent organization skills to lead the agency's SEO projects and services. Experience in getting great results from SEO projects across all disciplines - technical, on-site and off-site.

* Closely collaborate with our Digital Marketing Manager and Managing Director to scale a dynamic agency.
* Take charge of diverse SEO projects, driving growth and optimisation.
* Draft and deliver on-page/on-site content optimisations for clients.
* Work to improve engagement and conversions on-site with our wider teams.
* Work with our internal and external development teams on technical SEO implementation.
* Monitor performance, manage budgets, and deliver actionable improvements.
* Provide comprehensive reports on performance and KPIs.
* Flawless communication skills and fluency in English.
* Self-motivated with exceptional organisational abilities.
* Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO.
* In-depth experience with tools such as Google Tag Manager, Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog etc.
* Strong analytical skills with a focus on key metrics and insights.
* Meticulous attention to detail and a solid work ethic.
* A portfolio of successful projects and professional references.
* A relentless passion for data and crunching numbers to gain an edge.
* Some experience managing other team members.
* Degree-level education (preferred but not essential).
* Experience in marketing automation, scripts, and copywriting.
* Familiarity with HTML, JavaScript etc.
* Experience in technical and B2B spaces.

Regular, friendly team of 8 people, working across marketing, web development, design and business operations, plus frequently used freelancers and collaborators. Your role will be to lead on day-to-day execution of advertising on client projects, whilst collaborating with our team closely.
