Our client, a leading tech company based in London, is seeking a skilled Program Manager to join their team. With a focus on driving successful programme outcomes, the Program Manager will be responsible for developing end-to-end programme plans, adjusting as necessary, and ensuring programme goals are achieved.
Responsibilities:
* Develop and curate project, programme, and portfolio management methodologies.
* Contribute to project scoping and manage programme priorities and resource allocation.
* Generate innovative ideas to solve problems and take ownership of programme outcomes.
* Review options and weigh cost/benefits, considering both short-term and long-term objectives.
* Help solve problems by exploring multiple approaches and identifying optimal solutions.
* Manage cross-functional programmes of an ambiguous nature, streamline processes, and establish clear goals and objectives.
* Build new processes, procedures, and components, addressing potential issues.
* Develop trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and provide support to team members.
* Influence the team and cross-functional teams to work collaboratively towards programme goals.
* Align resources and collaborate with other teams within the organisation.
* Guide the integration of multiple programme timelines, goals, and objectives while monitoring progress.
* Share information and best practises with the team and other interrelated teams.
* Identify and implement process improvements across interrelated programmes.
* Act as a subject matter specialist in programme management.
* Utilise comprehensive knowledge of programme management best practises and the organisation's processes and functions.
* Develop technical and business expertise in the relevant domain and establish credibility.
Responsibilities:
* Deliver effective communications to various stakeholder groups.
* Drive continuous improvement and propose changes for programme enhancement.
* Foster cross-functional partnerships between project teams and stakeholders.
* Provide domain, product, and service thought leadership to drive programme excellence.
* Establish key programme metrics and ensure programme success through action-driven management.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify programme goals and prioritise deliverables.
* Identify and leverage product and service experts to support programme improvement efforts.
* Develop and manage project/programme roadmaps, communicating plans and coordinating resources.
* Align Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) across multiple programmes and track progress.
* Drive process management and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Interpret programme data and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders.
* Own the programme vision and gain buy-in from executive sponsors and stakeholders.
* Develop project/programme documentation to ensure stakeholder accountability.
* Conduct risk management and track the impact of risks on programme objectives.
* Manage stakeholder expectations and build strong relationships.
* Drive stakeholder meetings and communicate decisions effectively.
