Product Designer (UX/UI) Salary Circa £45,000 National / Circa £65,000 London Locations London and Norwich We are on the lookout for a Product Designer to join the User Centered Design team (UCD) here at Aviva. You will have a number of years' industry experience, working for known brands, and can demonstrate the great work you have recently undertaken. A bit about the job: The User Centered Design team defines how our customers, partners and employees interact with our products and services. As a Product Designer you will ensure that our products and features are not only easy to use and address customer needs, but also align to business strategy and objectives. You will create digital journeys for a range of platforms, running the design process from discovery through to delivery, advocating strong customer centric process and user experience. Skills & experience we're looking for: Strong experience in UX design methods and problem-solving skills, facilitating workshops and producing artefacts such as wireframes, user flows, experience maps, IA and prototypes. Strong experience in UI design methods and principles, including design systems. Delivering pixel-perfect designs that adhere to Aviva's brand guidelines and design standards. Ability to lead projects from discovery through to delivery, gathering requirements and actionable insights to inform design and iteratively test with customers to optimise the experience. Salary Circa £45,000 national/ Circa £65,000 London (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
