We are looking for a digital content creator who will work as part of the Communications and Engagement team to support the mission and ministry of the Diocese of Exeter by producing content that reflects our vision: To Grow in Prayer, Make New Disciples and Serve the People of Devon with Joy. You will be a skilled and experienced photographer, videographer and graphic designer who can show initiative and develop good ideas into compelling content. You will have your finger on the social media pulse, and the skills and instinct to maximise engagement. You will have experience helping produce live events. You will enjoy sharing your skills by training others. You will be a self-starter and a team player. You will have a genuine interest in the work of the Church of England in Devon and a desire to tell a compelling story about Christian faith in a ‘post-Christian’ society. The Diocese of Exeter is currently operating a hybrid pattern of office and home-based working. This role requires travel throughout the county of Devon and some evening and weekend working (with time off in lieu). Salary: £20,506.94 to £22,050.40 (1.00 FTE £25,633.68 to £27,563.00) depending on experience Hours: Part-time 0.80 (29 hours per week). Location: The normal place of working will be a mix of home-working and the diocesan offices in Exeter. At least two days a week to be in the office or working on location.
