Responsibilities include (but are not limited to): Local/remote processing Scheduling of customer installers Process all lead and sales results Process and accurate entry of production Prepare Daily Activity Report Prepare new job folders for all new sales Manage various sites, reports, logs, spreadsheets, permits Prepare measure and install packets Process cancellations, change orders, log books Process all payment transactions Customer Service- Scheduling of Customer Install Appointments Quality Control/Review of all Sales Must be willing to put the business needs first and foremost Interest and ability to travel to remote locations not required but preferred Qualifications: Advanced communication skills Ability to adapt (no two days are the same) Well-organized
