Based at our Perth site we are currently looking to recruit harvest workers to join our business on a full time temporary basis through the harvest time (July to September / October). The successful individual will also co-ordinate and deliver a high standard of production, quality/quantity and excellent customer service across Grain storage and handling whilst creating and maintaining a great place to work culture.Roles and Responsibilities :To be a company ambassadorTo work with the sample line manager to ensure the smooth running of all sampling requestsTo arrange appointments with farms prior to samplingTo accurately collect bulk grain and pulses from farmEnsure accurate completion of all paperworkTo liaise with line manager on a daily basis regarding progress of workAdherence to all company health and safety proceduresAdhoc duties as requiredSkills and Experience :Minimum of twelve months driving experience on a full UK driving licence preferred but not essentialReliable, self motivated and hard workingExcellent customer service and communication skillsGood organisational and problem solving skillsHigh level of attention to detailNo previous experience is required.This is an ideal opportunity for anyone studying agriculture or interested in an agriculture career, to work for the UKs leading crop production and grain marketing business.TPBN1_UKTJ
