What the Job Involves This role involves co-producing and following plans to support individuals with disabilities in gaining employment-related skills. You will mentor and guide service users and Employment Support Assistants, maintain health and safety standards, manage stock, and oversee operations at the Service settings. The job requires you to maintain communication with individuals, families, and other professionals, while also acting as a point of contact in the absence of management. Your responsibilities also include providing excellent service to customers and supporting the retail business needs.
