Compensation:For theEnvironmental Engineerposition, we anticipate asalary base pay of $130,000.00. An employee’s pay within this range will be based on several factors, including but not limited to:
* Relevanteducation, qualifications, and certifications
* Years ofexperience and skills
* Geographic location
* Performance and business needs
* Shift, travel requirements, and sales/revenue-based metrics
There may be instances where compensation fallsoutside this rangebased on the factors noted above.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivatedEnvironmental Engineerwith at least5 years of experienceto join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing remedial solutions forsoil, groundwater, and soil vapor contamination projects. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and design remedial strategies for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor contamination.
* Conduct site assessments, including soil and groundwater sampling and analysis.
* Prepare detailed reports, including remedial design plans, cost estimates, and project schedules.
* Oversee the implementation of remediation projects, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
* Collaborate with clients, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders to ensure project success.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of remediation efforts and make necessary adjustments.
* Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff and project teams.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degreein Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field
* New York Professional Engineer (PE) license or the ability to obtain one within a reasonable timeframe.
* Minimum of5 years of experiencein environmental engineering, with a focus onremedial design for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor projects.
* Familiarity with remedial technologies such as:
o In Situ Chemical Oxidation (ISCO)
o Bioremediation
o Soil Vapor Extraction (SVE)
o Air Sparging
o Permeable Reactive Barriers (PRBs)
o Multi-Phase Extraction (MPE)
o Phytoremediation
* Strong knowledge ofenvironmental regulations and standards.
* Proficiency in usingenvironmental modeling and design software.
* Excellentwritten and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to workindependently and as part of a team.
* Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills.
