Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting in the preparation and submission of planning applications
* Conducting site visits and preparing site appraisal reports
* Providing support in the development of town planning strategies
* Collaborating with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities
* Analysing and interpreting planning policy documents
* Preparing detailed reports and documentation for planning applications
* Contributing to public consultations and community engagement initiatives
* Participating in project meetings and providing planning advice
Job Requirements:
* Experience in development management and town planning
* Understanding of UK planning legislation and policies
* Strong analytical and research skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
