Marketing Account Manager £25k - £35k Hybrid based – 3 days in the office. Creative agency with big ambitions and a growing client base of national and international brands are expanding. Marketing Account Managers must demonstrate experience in marketing account management within education or B2C sectors. As a Marketing Account Manager, you will work as part of a small marketing team managing all aspects of marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. Key tasks involve: Managing client relationships and serving as the primary point of contact. Developing and overseeing integrated marketing campaigns across traditional and digital channels. Coordinating with the agency network to deliver high-quality creative solutions and maintain project timelines. Contributing to the development and implementation of the rebranding strategy Managing stakeholder communications Identifying opportunities to leverage the new brand identity across various marketing channels Developing compelling narratives that connect the heritage with its future vision. Providing regular marketing task delivery updates and recommendations to key stakeholders Building strong relationships with departments to understand their unique needs and marketing requirements Key Requirements: Proven social media/content marketing success. Experience in marketing account management, preferably within education or B2C sectors Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management across multiple channels Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously Outstanding communication and presentation skills Desirable Skills: Experience in creating engaging social media content, particularly short-form videos and Stories for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Knowledge of Google Analytics and Paid advertising campaigns. Excellent writing skills. Impeccable attention to detail and accurate spelling and grammar. Excellent research skills with the abilityto translate data and information into engaging, accessible content. Organised and practical. Demonstrable creativity and innovation in a business context relevant to the role. Can-doattitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. An ability to workat pace and stay calm under time pressures.
