Ardeta Search is partnering with a leading manufacturing organisation in West Yorkshire, to recruit a Business Development Executive to drive lead generation and support their ambitious expansion plans. As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and nurturing potential clients within the manufacturing sector. Your focus will be on lead generation, market research, and relationship building to create a strong sales pipeline. Key Responsibilities Proactively identify and generate new business leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking. Research and target key decision-makers across industries that require manufacturing solutions. Qualify leads and set up meetings for the senior sales team. Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate and timely information. Work closely with marketing and sales teams to execute lead generation campaigns. Meet and exceed KPI targets for lead conversion and pipeline growth. Skills: Proven experience in a business development, sales, or lead generation role (B2B preferred). Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders. A self-motivated and target-driven mindset. Experience within the manufacturing, engineering, or industrial sector is advantageous but not essential. Familiarity with CRM systems and digital prospecting tools.
