The Opportunity:
As our QA Program Manager, you'll be the linchpin between our company and our prestigious clients, ensuring we consistently deliver products that exceed expectations.
What You'll Do:
- Spearhead customer quality reviews and audits
- Manage Defect and Malfunction Analysis (DAMA) processes
- Drive quality improvements through data-led decision-making
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
- Develop and maintain crucial quality documentation
What you will have:
- Proven experience in aerospace or automotive quality management
- Expertise in EN 9100 standards and EASA Part 21 regulations
- Proficiency in quality tools like SPC, FMEA, 8D, and Six Sigma
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- HNC, HND, or degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
- Quality certification and IQA membership (preferred)
