They are looking to bring in a junior Director either from a creative agency or someone who is fascinated about the world of brand planning to lead some of their biggest accounts from the offset. You'll have the opportunity for lots of client contact, whilst staying hands on in moderation and creating exceptional deliverables and multimedia outputs. It's a chance to really be creative.
