We’re recruiting a Part Time Estates Worker.
You will work within a small Estates Team which provides reactive and planned preventative general maintenance support to our Adults, Children & Young Adults Hospice.
You will have good IT skills, excellent communication and organisational skills with a flexible approach to work and a positive can-do attitude. This busy role involves carrying out general maintenance duties (equipment checks and fixes) and health and safety checks (water checks, PAT testing).
We are looking for someone who will work 3 days a week, supporting the maintenance, operational running, and upkeep of our facilities.

Hours and Salary
Hours: 22.5 hours a week (Wednesdays/Thursdays/Fridays)
Salary: £13,421 - £14,166 actual salary (depending upon experience) (£22,369 - £23,611 per annum FTE)
The role will require a DBS check (which would be processed and paid for by the Hospice) and a Driving License (preferable not essential).
