About the role
Reckitt is seeking bright, enthusiastic Finance Graduates to join our team. You'll be a pivotal part of a team shaping the financial strategies that drive our success. In this role, you'll not only crunch numbers; you'll gain invaluable insight working alongside our finance leaders across commercial, manufacturing and corporate finance. This is your chance to contribute to meaningful projects that impact our global vision and immerse yourself in the financial mechanics of a leading-edge business.
Our Finance Future Leadership Scheme is made up of 3 year-long rotations that will give you a well-rounded holistic view of Finance, ensuring that when you roll off the scheme, you have all of the tools and knowledge to be a successful Commercial Accountant. The first year will be based in our UKI office in Slough focussed on either Sales or Marketing Finance, second year will require relocation as you will be based at one of our factory sites (Hull/Nottingham), looking after Manufacturing Finance, and finally ending the scheme at our Central Head Quarters in Slough where you will be looking at Corporate Finance.
At the end of the scheme you will transition into a full time permanent role in the UKI business, and will be CIMA qualified which Reckitt will fund.

Your responsibilities
In summary, you'll:
- Lay the groundwork for all facets of financial planning, including strategic planning, month end, annual budgeting, and rolling forecasts.
- Provide guidance and implement best practises for accounting compliance and consistent financial reporting across the division.
- Engage in a variety of ad hoc analyses, ranging from margin analysis to exploring new business models.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting.
- Support our planning cycle, collaborate with other finance teams and support with wider project work.
The experience we're looking for
- Upcoming or recent graduate in a numeric/scientific degree.
- Ability to flourish in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
- Strong Excel capabilities and a love for working with numbers.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- A detail-oriented mindset that also appreciates the broader perspective.
- Inventive problem-solving skills, with a flair for creativity.
- Basic knowledge of financial systems and accounting principles.
