Internship Exploring General Business & Beyond
Location: Jacksonville, FL – Tapestry Fulfillment Center
Hourly Rate: $20/hr
Hours: 40 hours per week
Timeline: May 19th – August 8th (12 week Internship)
Academic Progression: Junior, Senior or Recent Graduate

About our Team: Our Engineering team at Tapestry supports our 1.2 million square foot Fulfillment Center in Jacksonville by maintaining efficiency and productivity. This team is responsible for ensuring productivity standards are updated and reflect the actual work being performed by our operational associates, through time studies and statistical analyses. Our Engineering team identifies opportunities for improvement, performs necessary cost-benefit analyses, and liaises with Operations to implement solutions regarding those opportunities. Engineering is also heavily involved in growth-related projects which may require analyses on physical layout, business process, and return on investment.
Internship Responsibilities:
1. Perform analyses related to current Engineering projects.
2. Perform time studies to develop standards for current and new processes.
3. Provide and research potential solutions for current process inefficiencies.
Intern Qualifications:
1. Must be a junior, senior, or new graduate with relevant coursework.
2. AutoCAD knowledge (or comparable tool).
3. Time Study experience.
4. Must be able to work onsite for the full 12 weeks of internship.
