1. Advising clients on reward strategy, including developing end-to-end practical solutions from reward design through to implementation and operation
2. Advising clients in respect of executive compensation disclosure and corporate governance, including compliance with associated regulations
3. Advising clients on shareholder consultations, including drafting associated materials

6. Advising clients ahead of IPO on reward strategy and design
7. Advising clients on incentive plan design, including cost modelling
8. Assisting with client management, including risk processes, timely billing and cash collection
This role is for you if:

4. Able to deliver bespoke written and oral advice to clients in a simple way
5. Strong communication skills and ability to work within a team effectively
6. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
