What You’ll Bring: Extensive knowledge and expertise in enterprise systems, specifically Microsoft server architecture and related applications. Proven experience in managing large-scale, complex projects and system enhancements. Strong leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior staff and coordinating team resources effectively. Expertise in troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving complex system failures. Exceptional communication skills to effectively liaise with senior stakeholders and suppliers. A proactive, solution-driven approach with a focus on continuous improvement. What You’ll Achieve: As the Senior IT Ops Enterprise Systems Administrator, you will: Lead large-scale system enhancements and manage enterprise systems for Cantium Business Solutions and its customers. Mentor junior team members, ensuring smooth operations and resource allocation. Manage supplier relationships, ensuring SLA adherence and effective contract management. Undertake system failure analysis and implement solutions with minimal business impact. Contribute to the delivery of high-impact projects, ensuring successful and timely completion. Drive operational excellence by coordinating installations, updates, and ensuring secure system management practices.
