Responsibilities for this Senior Sales Negotiator role will include: Market Appraisal generation and winning new instructions Registering and assisting purchasers with viewings Maintaining close seller relationships and providing feedback Assisting the progress of the sales pipeline Engaging and referring customers to other agency departments Skills & Experience for this Senior Sales Negotiator role: Minimum 1 years' experience within estate agency sales Competent across all aspects of core estate agency Comfortable working with targets Enjoy working with autonomy as well being part of a larger team Drive and ambition to 'add value' Benefits for this Senior Sales Negotiator role include: Attractive base salary up to 24k Rewarding commission structure - 35k OTE Team quarterly bonus for exceeding exchanged income threshold Very strong mortgage, survey & conveyance referral bonuses Monday to Friday with 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am-2pm) Day in Lieu for Saturday hours.
