Junior Project Manager
Location: Lincoln (Hybrid - 3 Days/w On-site)
Salary: £35,000 (DOE)

We are currently working with a business consultancy in the Lincoln area that is looking for young, ambitious graduates that are waiting for their chance to take their first steps into the project management space. No matter your experience, if you have the knowledge and know-how to get your ideas from thought to reality then this could be your big break!
Key Requirements
* Degree level education (Management or computer science preferred)
* Proven expertise in managing and coordinating projects, time constraints, budgets etc.
Desirable
* Experience with project management outside of an educational facility
* Formal project management qualifications or certifications
* Full UK driving licence
Role Overview
As a client-facing project manager, you will play the key role in overseeing a full E2E project within a wide range of sectors, broadening your understanding of project management and enabling yourself to begin shaping your career path.
* Delivering projects for medium to large companies
* Consulting and guiding projects from the onset
* Developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and budgets
* Communicating reliably with stakeholders to provide updates, ensure alignment of business objectives, and to translate and explain larger plans.
* Adapting to a change of sectors while working to understand the different needs sectors have.
