Annual salary: up to £27,300.00 Planner Tannochside – office based Full Time, Permanent, 40hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8.30am-17.00pm Salary up to £27,300 per annum Mears provides temporary accommodation to asylum seekers whilst their claim is being assessed in three regions: Northeast, Yorkshire and Humber, Northern Ireland, and Scotland. At the end of May 2021 Mears had over 19000 service users across the three regions. Mears work in partnership with central and local Government, registered providers, tenants, landlords and investors to find solutions to homelessness, provide more social and affordable housing and create specialist housing for people with care needs. About the Role: As a Planner within our Tannochside branch you will be part of a local repairs team which ensures that works orders are scheduled through the In-house appointments system, repairs works are allocated to trade operatives and all works are carried out with minimal average turnaround time. The main duties will include assigning work to subcontractors, managing MCM system and controlling the workflow.
