We are currently recruiting an experienced Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Manager to lead on developing, delivering and embedding the EDI strategy and drive measurable change through delegated ownership and accountability of key EDI objectives across the organisation.
You will have experience of designing and delivering Equality, Diversity & Inclusion policies, programmes and actions and will bring your expertise in addressing inequalities and in creating opportunities at all levels of the organisation.
Working closely with the Head of HR you will use your experience of implementing HR programmes and building inclusive practices to successfully retain and develop talent.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills, a proven ability to build positive relationships and will have the passion to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
