Head of Operations - Chertsey, Surrey Job Type: Full Time - Seasonal (Fixed End Date) What you'll bring to the team Location: THORPE PARK Resort, KT16 8PN Hours: Shift pattern to cover 5 days out of 7, averaging 40 hours per week Salary: £51,000 In the Head of Operations position, you will be taking responsibility over our essential operation departments, including: Admissions; Central Planning; Hotel; Site Presentation and Waste Management. By leading these operations, you will drive continuously improvements across all of Thorpe Park, all while instilling our values and ensuring our guests and exceptional visit. This role is a 12 months FTC Qualifications & Experience We are looking for the following skills and experience; Demonstratable experience in coaching and leading mid/large teams across many different operational functions. Proven track record of driving improvements, establishing targets and achieving/exceeding those goals.
