If so, we have a great opportunity for you to join our Household Properties team as a Property Data Technician.
This role offers a hybrid of office and home working (the option to work part of your week from home becomes available after completion of an initial training period), but you can also choose to work full time in the office if that is your preference.

* undertaking, monitoring, reporting and coordinating the daily processing of property and meter data from around the company as well as external sources
* maintaining existing data within customer billing, meter reading and GIS to the required data standards
* using specialised GIS software to analyse and report on asset data
* ensuring that performance targets set both internally and externally are met
* communication with various stakeholders to resolve queries and investigate billing arrangements.
What you'll need
We are looking for a highly organised individual who has excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
You will be self-motivated, use your own initiative and successfully work under moderate supervision, and communicate confidently with other team members and colleagues throughout the company.
Ideally, you'll have:
* experience using Microsoft Excel, Access, Outlook, Teams and SQL query tools
* experience working with large data sets.
* experience working towards performance targets
* an awareness of the water industry.
What you'll receive

* The opportunity to buy up to ten days' holiday and sell up to five every year.
* A healthcare package that allows you to claim back healthcare costs.
* Life assurance of up to eight times your salary.
* A new electric car in exchange for part of your gross salary, subject to conditions.
* Cashback and discounts from more than 3,000 retailers.
* One paid volunteering day each year.
* Enhanced family leave and pay arrangements.
* An interactive health and wellbeing platform.
* Support from mental health first aiders.
* A £1,000 referral fee if you recommend someone to work for us.
