Responsibilities:
1. Support with purchase ordering and receipts
2. Support with sales invoice and shipment documentation preparation
3. General accounts duties
4. General administration duties
5. Reception and front of house duties
6. Support with inventory management
7. Liaising with transport companies for global shipping
Criteria:
1. Previous, recent experience in a similar role (Administrator or equivalent)
2. Minimum of GCSE English and Maths Grade A – C or equivalent
3. Excellent IT and administration skills
4. Meticulous attention to detail
5. Logistics experience/knowledge desirable
6. Ability to work under pressure, multi-task, and prioritize
7. Strong interpersonal skills
