This is a full-time, permanent post although we would also be willing to appoint at 80% FTE spread over a minimum of four days a week. Reporting to the Head of Faculty Services and HR, you will lead the delivery of various EDI projects; engaging in the planning, development and delivery of key departmental activities, at present focussing on the department’s Athena SWAN Silver award, due for renewal in July 2026. About you We are looking for candidates who are committed to promoting awareness of EDI, with prior experience of delivering EDI projects, and who bring first-rate administrative and communication skills. You will be educated to degree level (or equivalent), with excellent project planning skills, and the proven ability to manipulate, analyse and present complex data. A collaborative approach will be a key feature of your role, yet you will be required to work independently, taking the lead to progress initiatives and exercising sound judgement and discretion in a complex environment. You will be able to handle a demanding and varied workload, managing your time and prioritising your work effectively.
