As the Administration Assistant you willsupport supply chain operations, including transportation coordination, warehouse management, and customs administration. Support the Logistics Coordinators in arranging and tracking shipments, including air freight and time-critical movements. Maintain accurate records of shipping documentation and archiving. Assist in preparing export/import customs entries under supervision. Support sample order processing and ensure timely delivery. Collaborate with warehouse and customer service teams to facilitate smooth logistics operations. Assist in maintaining regulatory compliance and documentation standards.
