We are seeking a Student Receptionist & Medical Officer to join our dedicated team. This role is vital to ensuring the wellbeing of our students while supporting the day-to-day operations of the school.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the first point of contact for students, offering a friendly and supportive reception service.
* Provide initial support to students, including issuing uniforms, managing timetables, and booking pastoral appointments.
* Supervise the medical room and provide First Aid for sickness or injury.
* Maintain accurate medical records and ensure health care plans are completed and regularly reviewed.
What We're Looking For:
* Strong administrative and IT skills, including Google Applications.
* Current First Aid qualification or willingness to train.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build respectful relationships with students and staff.
* Experience in a school environment or working with children.
* Knowledge of SIMS, Provision Mapping, and common medical conditions (e.g., asthma, diabetes).
