Ensure engineering compliance and safety standards are met across the fleet.
Take full ownership of fleet performance, ensuring maximum availability.
Raise Engineering Bulletins, which may include updates on maintenance procedures, new safety measures, or urgent repairs that need to be addressed.
Dispensations, and Change Requests when required, if a locomotive part is unavailable and an alternative needs to be used, a dispensation may be issued to allow its use under specified conditions.
