Protocol Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Health and Social Care Teacher for a fantastic opportunity in Newcastle. Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver engaging, high-quality lessons to students studying Health and Social Care at various levels.
2. Plan, prepare, and assess students' work to ensure effective learning and progression.
3. Provide a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where all students feel encouraged to reach their potential.
4. Foster positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
5. Stay up-to-date with current health and social care practices and curriculum requirements.
6. Contribute to the development of the school’s Health and Social Care programs and extracurricular activities.
Requirements:
1. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
2. Experience teaching Health and Social Care at Key Stage 4 and/or Key Stage 5.
3. Strong knowledge of the health and social care curriculum.
4. A passion for education and helping students succeed in their studies and future careers.
5. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
6. The ability to motivate and inspire students in their learning journey.
