19.5 hours per week, term time only.
Working Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: 8:30am-15:30pm.
Pay Grade: SCP 5-6 £24,790-£25,183 FTE per year (pro-rata).
Actual salary from £10,901- £11,073 per year.

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN and Intervention Teaching Assistant to join our ambitious and supportive team. What we are looking for
Christ Church First School is looking to recruit a Teaching Assistant who will:
* Provide specialist support and intervention to individuals and small groups of children with special educational needs.
* Assist in the preparation and maintenance of resources and equipment to support children's learning.
* Work closely with teachers and the SENCO to ensure the needs of all children are met.
* Develop positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
* Contribute to the wider life and ethos of the school.
* Have experience working with children with special educational needs.
* Have a strong understanding of effective SEND practices and a willingness to continuously develop your skills.
* Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Use patience, empathy, and have a genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
* Work collaboratively as part of a team and have a sense of humour!

Based on full-time equivalent salary of £24,790 - £25,183 per year (SCP 5-6).
