People Programme Lead
Location: Durrington with a hybrid approach
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract
Hours: 37 hours per week

Southern Water is seeking a People Programme Lead to guide our People team in a critical five-year transformation journey, enhancing the health, wellbeing, and environmental impact of our communities while supporting the local economy. Your Impact
As People Programme Lead, you’ll spearhead strategic initiatives that will reshape our approach to workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement. Your key responsibilities include:
* End-to-End Leadership: Drive transformation outcomes for the People team, leading high-priority initiatives in workforce planning, employee terms, and talent management.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with transformation leaders across the organisation, making data-driven, strategic decisions to ensure the right talent is in place for our goals.
* Innovative People Solutions: Lead a newly-formed team (including a Talent Specialist and a Strategic Workforce Planning Lead) to craft solutions to the unique challenges we face in water management. You’ll combine technology, creativity, and forward-thinking mindsets to advance our workforce capability.
