We are seeking an experienced and motivated accounting professional to join our team as a Financial/Management Accountant. If youre passionate about finance and excited to work in a collaborative, results-driven environment, wed love to hear from you Key Responsibilities- As Financial/Management Accountant, you will: Manage the day-to-day operations of ecommerce finance function. Collaborate with Directors to identify and develop innovative business opportunities, supported by financial insights. Prepare and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual reports to monitor results, trends, and forecasts. Oversee cash flow management by tracking transactions and reviewing internal reports. Continuously review and refine the structure of the finance function to ensure alignment with company goals. Monitor spending, offering recommendations to reduce costs and increase profitability. Ensure accurate recording, filing, and reporting of all financial transactions. Implement and maintain high-quality financial controls and reporting systems with a focus on continuous improvement. Develop budgets and financial plans based on in-depth research and data analysis. Review financial data and reports for discrepancies and ensure accuracy. Deliver strategic financial planning advice to drive decision-making. Support the companys ongoing management and development efforts through financial expertise. Core Competencies, Knowledge, and Experience- Were looking for someone who possesses: A CIMA, ACA, or ACCA qualification (relevant experience without qualification will also be considered). Strong financial and commercial acumen, coupled with an analytical, methodical approach to problem-solving. Excellent communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and concisely. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (365), Xero, and Shopify Accounts. Experience in payroll and HR functions. Proven ability to challenge the status quo and drive informed business decisions. Results-driven mindset, with a commitment to meeting deadlines. Preferred Experience Knowledge of INVEST-NI and experience with bank finance providers. Background in stock management and implementation of controls. Experience with foreign currencies and FX trade. Experience supplying wholesale clients and managing B2B/B2C online retail operations. Familiarity with international ecommerce sales channels.
