This role follows hybrid working ( 3 days in office) in the following locations: Birmingham, Bristol, Glasgow, Manchester What you'll be doing - People manage a team of 10-15 individuals - Owns improvement projects that have an impact at business unit level. - Be aware of Enterprise Cloud & legacy platforms operations & service. - Assess risk, manage and mitigate this taking action up to director level. - Maintain good working relationships with key internal or external stakeholders at senior level. - Work on and own complex problems. - Timely escalation to Directors and stakeholders of service issues. - Challenge yourself and team to support a high performing environment. - Passionate about sharing knowledge and expertise with others within the business unit to ensure business continuity & business improvement.
