Advanced assessment skills training / commitment to attend this qualification. Advanced communication skills training. Proven experience of managing people / strong clinical leadership. Proven experience of effective team working. Teaching and presentation skills. Advanced assessment skills and specialist symptom control knowledge to plan, implement and evaluate nursing care. Drive and enthusiasm with a positive approach. Ability to work autonomously and as an effective member of the team. Caring and empathetic approach. A good understanding of technology with a working knowledge of Microsoft office packages ie Word, Excel and Outlook. Able to build good working relationships. Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Good administrative and record keeping skills and able to work with good attention to detail. Strong organisational skills.
