Keltbray Energy are looking for a Planning and Project Control Manager to support with the Distribution OHL projects working from our office in Bathgate.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following
* Monitor and manage the volumes, status and time scales off all works orders
* Manage, monitor, creation and return all Target Pricing
* Combine and manage a high-level program for all client district program
* Ensure works are programmed efficiently to meet or exceed budgeted values
* Manage and monitor change management and demonstrate within the programs the impact of the change relating to time, costs and specification
* Ensure all Early Warnings (EWN) and Compensation Events (CE’s) are submitted in line with contractual timelines and procedures
* Be commercially aware and ensure additional costs are claimed from the client
* To provide weekly updates of work received, project progress and change management
* Conduct any reasonable task instructed by your line manager and portray a positive attitude
* Promote Business Development in all areas of contacts
* Ensure compliance with Keltbray Health & Safety Policy, Procedures and guidance notes
* Ensure all client Works Orders are contractually compliant (NEC3) and are acceptable or not on receipt
* Populate and return all NEC contract Data Part 2 and supporting documents
Skills, experience and qualifications
* Proficiency in MS Project and Oracle Primavera P6
* Ensure that work is conducted in compliance with Company Policies/Procedures and BMS processes
* Prepare level 3 plans as per the WBS and produce summary level 1 views for reporting/communications.
* Carrying out critical path analysis and develop milestone tracking systems.
* Planning updates and management templates to measure, monitor and report progress.
* Planning scenarios for options under consideration.
* Analysis on mitigation measures and recovery planning and provide input to risk evaluation/analysis exercises.
