We have a New exciting opportunity to join our team in Mossley
We are looking for experienced and committed Healthcare Assistants with an interactive approach, who are eager to enhance their skills in the complex care sector.
You will need to be passionate about delivering the highest quality care to our service users, building positive relationships with them and their family whilst empowering them to live as independently as possible within the comfort of their own home.
Meet our service user
Our service user lives in Mossley and requires support with her complex care needs on a 2:1 basis throughout the night.
We seek individuals who are patient and have cheerful personalities to provide companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to our service user, enhancing her quality of life and overall well-being.
She taking pride in her appearance greatly, enjoying beauty treatments and getting her hair and makeup done. Ultimately, indulging in a good pampering session is something she loves to do.
Some of her other interests include online shopping, baking, watching T.V and listening to music.
She is unable to mobilise independently and is reliant on her care team to support her throughout the night with personal care, medication administration, repositioning and clinical interventions.
Overnight you will promote a restful environment to ensure a good night’s sleep, and remain alert and responsive, tending to needs as required.
Please note, applicants must be pet friendly as our service user does have 2 pet dogs.
Our service user has specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.

To be successful in this role it is essential that you have experience with the following:
4. 3 months previous care experience
5. Medication Administration
6. Personal Care
7. Moving and Handling
Experience working with the following clinical needs is desirable, however is not essential to be considered for this role:
8. Tracheostomy Care
9. Ventilation Management
10. Oral Suctioning
We have the following shifts available;
11. Part Time Nights available
12. 2 shifts per week
13. 7:00pm - 7:00am
14. Alternate weekends are required
Take a look at our pay rates!
Weeknights: £13.50 per hour (Approx.£162 per 12-hour shift)
Weekends: £14.00 per hour (Approx. £168 per 12-hour shift)
Bank Holidays £17.50 per hour (Approx. £210 per 12-hour shift)
