About the role;
The Receptionist position at Outwood Academy Easingwold is offered as a temporary - maternity cover, 22 hour per week, term time only role (plus 3 days).
The hours of work are 8am to 4pm Monday and Tuesday with a 3.30pm finish on a Friday. The role will start April 2025 for approximately 1 year or until the maternity leave ceases.
Your annual salary for working the above hours would be £12,261 to £12,453 (FTE £24,027 to £24,404) paid monthly over 12 months.
Outwood Academy Easingwold is an 'Ofsted Outstanding' Academy and we are seeking to recruit a friendly, professional and efficient Receptionist to join our business and administration team. This is a forward facing role and the successful candidate should provide exceptional front of house service for our Academy. You must be approachable and welcoming along with having excellent organisational skills. The successful candidate will be confident and have great communication skills with an understanding of safeguarding children.
Duties include communicating with other academy staff to ensure pupils receive the support they require, dealing with queries from parents, composing academy letters, preparing items for postage and ensuring all visitors to the academy follow the sign in procedure and have the appropriate security clearance.
