Your new role
Working closely with finance and non-finance stakeholders across the organisation, you will play a pivotal role in providing insightful financial support to the decision-making process. Key duties will include financial, trend and spend analysis, communicating complex data to non-finance colleagues, monitoring and preparing budgets, statutory returns, and process review and improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be Part-Qualified (or equivalent experience) with experience of working as a Management Accountant, Finance Business Partner, or Financial Analyst. The ability to build strong working relationships and analyze and present complex information will be essential. Advanced systems and Excel skills will be beneficial. Experience of working in the not-for-profit sector or a proven track record in business partnering with non-finance colleagues would be an advantage.
What you'll get in return
Starting salary: £35,000 - £37,000

Hybrid working - Circa 1 day a week onsite.
