Role Specification:
* Provide efficient, courteous, and professional service at all times.
* Assist in delivering all aspects of our food and beverage service to guests across all hotel and spa areas, primarily based in our awarding-winning Ballroom during lunch and evening service.
* Respond to guest queries in a polite and helpful manner.
* Run a section in the Ballroom and any other dining areas during Breakfast, Afternoon Tea, Lunch and Dinner.
* Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area, including setting and clearing tables.
* Set up for events or functions in line with Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and ensure setup procedures are followed accurately.
* Ensure compliance with all setup and closing procedures for functions, including equipment setup, table arrangements, and dining area organisation.
* Handle guest complaints, responding accordingly or escalating as required to ensure the complaints procedure is followed, resulting in guest satisfaction.
* Maintain compliance with health and safety standards, dress codes, and other service standards.
* Undertake new or refresher training sessions as required.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* A passion for food, service, and guest experience.
* Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
* Team player with a positive attitude.
Desirables
* Previous experience in a food and beverage or hospitality role is an advantage but not required.
* Experience with large volume covers.
* Food safety training.
