Electrical Project Manager Up to £100k Package Central London Our client is on the lookout for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their team on an exciting project in Central London. As a leading Mechanical, Electrical, and Instrumentation contractor, they deliver high-profile projects across the UK, Ireland, Mainland Europe, and the Nordics. Their portfolio spans key sectors such as Data Centres, Pharmaceuticals, Healthcare, Education, Commercial, and Power Generation. What You'll Be Doing: Working closely with the Project Director to plan staff training and development. Leading and managing the site team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Keeping the project on track in terms of time, budget, and quality. Running monthly progress meetings to review milestones and performance. Ensuring everything runs to planwhether it's materials, engineering, or compliance. Attending client meetings and building strong working relationships. Holding weekly catch-ups with subcontractors to keep things moving and maintain high standards in health and safety. Managing project costs with the Quantity Surveyor and Lead Engineers. Keeping an eye on productivity and progress to ensure targets are met. Regular reporting to the Operations Director to highlight successes and challenges. Staying on top of industry standards and making sure all compliance requirements are met. Overseeing subcontractors and labour, ensuring top-quality installations. Keeping control of materials, stock, and storage on-site. What We're Looking For: A trade or degree qualification in an electrical discipline. 57 years experience in project management within the electrical contracting sector. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams. Great people managementbalancing teams, clients, and subcontractors effectively.
