Key Responsibilities
* Conduct thorough initial assessments of individuals and families to identify needs, risks, and strengths.
* Provide immediate support and intervention to address urgent needs and stabilize situations.
* Collaborate with external agencies and community organizations to coordinate comprehensive care and support.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of assessments, interventions, and outcomes.
* Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.
Qualifications and Skills
* Qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England.
* Proven experience working in a social care setting, preferably with initial assessments and urgent support.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Knowledge of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to social care and safeguarding.
