About the Role The role of the Brewing Operator is to ensure that all operations from raw material intake to bright beer are completed in line with the brewery's production plans following the quality and health and safety standards. Amongst other responsibilities, in this position, you will: Manage Brewing and Filtration Processes Ensure Quality Control and Compliance Oversee Stock and Equipment Maintenance Main Responsibilities Control Room: Manage recipes, ingredients, brewing processes (milling, mashing, boiling), system launches, CIP, and audits per SOPs. CIP: Operate CIP systems, verify cleanliness with samples, input and review data in LIMS, and coordinate plans with brewing/racking schedules. Brews Operator: Handle hops preparation, wort transfers, yeast injections, gravity checks, and brew declarations in LIMS. Racking Operator: Oversee beer and yeast movements, perform additions, take samples, and ensure specs via LIMS. Filtration Specialist: Manage filtration, beer movements, lab samples, LIMS data, and brewing cycle oversight; ensure cleanliness and compliance. Qualifications A Level Qualification (or equivalent) Computer Literate Able to work shifts- 2 shift or 3 shift Aware and compliant with health and safety requirements Good communication skills Able to work individually and as part of a team. Good time management Food production or manufacturing experience preferable Forklift licence preferable
