Our client is a well run Top Tier contractor whom are looking for an experienced construction Assistant Design Manager to work on new health and commercial build frameworks. Theere is already 8 years of work already secured. Your day to day duties will include the following- Assisning in managing the design process using your commercial, contractual, planning and technical expertise. Supporting, understanding and advising the client as to the requirements and his/her obligations in the development of a building design. Encouraging and working with consultants to produce accurate work using their experience, resources and verve. Ensuring the design process recognises current legislation, standards and codes of practice, where appropriate. Quality Control Design Management Managing design and financial risks Reverse Engineering You will be working with a dynamic design team on a landmark construction project from day one.
