As a Huawei Value Added Partner and Huawei Service Partner, SKE takes over all sales, service and support activities for Huawei FusionSolar and offers solar solutions for residential, commercial & industrial and utility scale applications.
How you will make your mark:
* Work closely with the sales team to understand customer needs and objectives, and to craft compelling solutions.
* Provide technical presentations, product demonstrations, and training for potential customers.
* Develop solution architecture based on customer requirements, industry best practices, and the company’s offerings.
* Create scalable, flexible, and secure solutions tailored to meet customer business needs.
* Ensure the solution aligns with the client’s existing infrastructure and future technical goals.
* Lead technical discussions with customers to validate their needs and requirements.
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales cycle.
* Stay up to date on the latest industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide relevant insights to the sales team.
Hard Facts & Soft Skills:
* Education in electrical engineering or a related field.
* 2-3 years of experience in pre-sales technical, solution architecture, or systems engineering role.
* Proven experience working in a customer-facing role, ideally in the B2B or enterprise sector.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
* Experience with technical sales processes and customer engagement.
* The ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects concurrently.
* Experience with enterprise software (ERP, CRM) is an advantage.
