Practice Co-ordinator – New Lyminge Surgery
Role: To work with the Practice Manager to ensure that New Lyminge Surgery is delivering excellent care to its patients, performing effectively and efficiently internally whilst retaining and developing the staff.
Working pattern: 30 hours per week minimum

Key Responsibilities
1. QOF: Act as (Quality Outcomes Framework) QOF lead for the practice, ensuring that all matters relating to are dealt with in a timely and efficient way.
2. Immunisations and Vaccinations: Act as lead for the practice, ensuring that all matters relating to immunisations and vaccinations are planned, delivered and administratively dealt with in a timely and efficient way.
3. CQC: Support the Practice Manager (PM) and the team to ensure that New Lyminge Surgery (NLS) is CQC compliant in all respects.
4. Policies and Protocols: Ensure that all policies and protocols are up to date and NLS is fulfilling all statutory requirements. Ensure that all policies and protocols are in place to ensure the safe and efficient running of NLS. Ensure that all staff are aware and carry out their responsibilities regarding said policies/protocols and are adhering to them at all times.
5. Docman: Be the lead within NLS in all matters related to Docman ensuring collaborative working with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective use of the system.
6. Dispensing: Work with the PM and other members of the NLS team to increase efficiency and profitability of the dispensary.
7. Training: Work with the PM to ensure all members of the NLS team are up to date with all mandatory training. Work with the PM to ensure all members receive ongoing and relevant CPD.
8. Administration: Work with the PM to ensure the smooth operational running of clinical and non-clinical services across NLS. Work with the PM to ensure NLS becomes a place of continued and ongoing improvement in terms of internal systems and processes.
9. Other: This list is not exhaustive and other reasonable tasks will be required of the post holder in this role.
