Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our Client's team in Bridgwater on a permanent basis working full time.
You will play a critical role maintaining and developing sales of the high end product to customers. You will need to be proactive, professional and confident with strong initiative and the ability to multi task. Excellence communication skills are required to ensure strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
* Monday to Friday 37.5 hours between 8am and 5pm
* Option for hybrid after 6 months probation
* £24k salary (£12.30ph)
Responsibilities
* Responding to emails, calls, social media in a professional, polite and timely manner
* Process and manage full order cycle using the ERP system (including stock availability, realistic order expectations, monitoring order status, courier liaison, communicating updates to customers and following up on queries / investigations and resolutions)
* Complaint management
* Identifying opportunities to improve service
* Provide support to the sales team
* Maintain accurate records through effective data entry practices.
* Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Experience
* Previous experience in a customer service or advisory role
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong MS Office experience
