Due to business growth, we are looking to expand our Quality Assurance team. Reporting to a Quality Assurance Manager, the role will be supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems. This role will be full-time, 37.5 hours per week Monday-Friday and based in Runcorn.,
* Supporting all departments in the development, implementation and maintenance of quality standards and systems
* Building strong working relationships with all departments across the business to engender a quality culture
* Complying with all necessary standard operating procedures and systems to ensure the effective monitoring of quality standards
* Supporting the investigation of root cause(s) of complaints and non-conformances and assisting with the implementation of corrective/preventative actions to reduce these events
* Collating and reviewing data from the QMS process and supporting the performance of data trend analysis
* Maintaining an overall knowledge of the current status of compliance across the site with rules and standards
* Assisting with the maintenance of quality standards and supporting departmental projects
* Undertaking any other relevant duties to support the Quality Management team and Head of Quality
Are you a resilient and process driven Quality Assurance Officer, or an individual with strong administrative experience?, Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry
* Strong administrative skills and computer literate
* Resilient and able to use own initiative to solve problems
* Ability to plan workload and follow processes
* Good communication skills
